Experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, and families in the Washington metropolitan area.
I work primarily with adolescents, parents, & young adults. I specialize in supporting challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, social pragmatics, relationship building, school avoidance, digital safety, & family health. I was a middle school counselor at a local independent school for 10 years, & have extensive experience working with mental health professionals, school administrators, educational consultants, school counselors, social service providers, & parents in supporting adolescents & families via counseling. In addition to counseling, I offer parent training and guidance with educational supports.
